I grew up in a small town with an inclination to contemplate big things: justice, equality, integrity, providence.
I believe questions propel people forward. It’s why I look forward to tomorrow. I get to ask over and over again: How am I different today than I was yesterday?
I also believe the world changes one person at a time but sometimes find it difficult to do my part by changing myself first. Each poem, short story, chapter or essay becomes a milestone – the next dot in an outline that shapes the contours of my life. I hope you enjoy following along.
